Frequently asked questions

Short answers for the support and account-access questions that come up most.

  • How do I create a support case? Email support@evalsuite.app with the issue summary, the affected workspace or account context, and the evidence listed on the contact support page.
  • What should I include when I contact support? Share the support reference shown on screen if you have one, the email address used, the approximate local time of the request, the exact page and error message, whether the email ever appeared, and your browser or device.
  • What should I never send to support? Do not send the full sign-in, confirmation, or reset URL. A screenshot of the page or the email subject line is fine, but the raw auth link should stay private.
  • Why does the newest email matter so much? Auth links are time-sensitive. If you request several links in a row, the newest email is the safest one to use because older links can expire or be superseded.
  • Can support tell exactly when my inbox received the email? Not always. EvalSuite can usually confirm when an auth flow was requested and when a link was eventually used, but exact mailbox delivery timing depends on the email provider and the provider telemetry available for that flow.
  • Why do Outlook and Focused Inbox make this harder? Security and inbox-routing tools can delay or reclassify transactional email. That can make a message look missing even when it was accepted for delivery.
  • When should I stop retrying and contact support? If the latest message still does not arrive after a few minutes, or the same auth error repeats after a private-window retry, contact support with the details listed on the support page.
