Security checks

CAPTCHA or Turnstile blocks sign-in

Use this when you see a CAPTCHA verification error, the challenge never appears, or a security check loops without letting you continue.

Signup confirmation

Confirmation email is delayed or missing

Use this when you created an account, reached the "Check your email" screen, and the confirmation message did not show up right away.

  • Wait 2-3 minutes, then search your inbox for "EvalSuite" and your exact work email address.
  • Check Spam, Junk, Updates, Promotions, and Outlook Focused/Other splits before requesting a new email.
  • If you requested multiple confirmations, open only the newest message. Older links can expire or become irrelevant.
  • If your company uses mail security tooling, ask whether messages from auth mail providers were quarantined or delayed.

Security checks

CAPTCHA or Turnstile blocks sign-in

Use this when you see a CAPTCHA verification error, the challenge never appears, or a security check loops without letting you continue.

  • Refresh the page once and retry in a private window so old challenge state is cleared.
  • Temporarily disable ad blockers, privacy extensions, strict DNS filtering, or VPNs that can block challenge scripts.
  • If the page shows an error without a visible challenge, capture a screenshot immediately so support can match the exact state.
  • If you are already signed into a real workspace, sign out before starting a demo or auth flow that expects a fresh session.

Password reset

Password reset email is delayed or absent

Use this when the reset link does not appear in the inbox or you are unsure whether the account uses password sign-in versus Google.

  • Request one reset link and search for the newest email before making repeated requests.
  • Check whether the account normally signs in with Google. If so, there may be no local password to reset.
  • Look in Spam, Junk, Focused/Other, or archive folders before assuming the reset email was never sent.
  • If you found multiple reset emails, use only the latest one.
