Google Meet integration for meeting memory, with honest rollout limits
EvalSuite uses Google Calendar and Google Meet context where enabled to help manager conversations become follow-through, recaps, and saved history.
Current status
Partial rollout. Google Meet does not host a live EvalSuite room; eligible Meet transcript routing depends on Google workspace settings, scopes, and transcript availability.

Workflow it supports
Google Meet support is about bringing eligible meeting context back into EvalSuite after the meeting, not replacing Meet or pretending every Meet call is automatically captured.
Current status
The integration page must stay aligned with the calendar docs and FAQ because Google workspace settings, transcript availability, and OAuth rollout status affect what works.
Supported alternatives today
Use EvalSuite rooms when you need first-party live capture. Use Capture Inbox when a provider transcript needs assignment or repair.
Workflow example
A Google Calendar event creates a native Meet link. After the meeting, eligible transcript context routes into EvalSuite so the manager can review notes and follow-through.
