Zoom integration for manager meeting notes and follow-through
EvalSuite can use Zoom-backed scheduling and processed post-meeting cloud-recording transcripts where enabled, then connect that context to manager follow-through.
Current status
Partial rollout. Current Zoom support is scheduled Zoom meetings and post-meeting cloud-recording transcript ingest where authorized, not live in-call Zoom transcription.

Workflow it supports
Zoom is useful when managers already meet there and want the post-meeting context to become follow-through and history inside EvalSuite.
Current status
The integration page should link to the Zoom setup and removal guide for exact requirements rather than restating Marketplace, host, or recording-processing details.
Supported alternatives today
When Zoom is not available or a transcript is not ready, teams can still use EvalSuite rooms or manual notes to keep the manager memory intact.

A manager uses a mapped Zoom-backed meeting, waits for Zoom cloud recording processing, then reviews the resulting EvalSuite meeting context and follow-through.
