Integration
Google Calendar integration for manager meeting memory
EvalSuite connects calendar context to the manager coaching loop so scheduled 1:1s can become meeting records, follow-through, and later review context.
Current status
Partial rollout while Google OAuth verification and workspace enablement are controlled. Use the public calendar docs for current setup and limitations.
- Works today: Google Calendar connection where enabled for the workspace
- Works today: Calendar-backed scheduling context for eligible same-org 1:1s
- Works today: Native Google Meet link creation when the connected Google path is enabled
- Limitation: Availability depends on workspace rollout and Google OAuth verification status
- Limitation: Google Calendar is not a guarantee of live in-call capture by itself
- Alternative today: Use EvalSuite rooms
- Alternative today: Use Microsoft Calendar where enabled
- Alternative today: Use iCal for read-only calendar visibility
Workflow it supports
Use calendar context to make recurring manager meetings easier to start, route, and remember. The goal is not another calendar UI; it is connecting the meeting event to follow-through and history.
Current status
Google Calendar is treated as a partial rollout. The page should point buyers to the canonical setup guide instead of repeating OAuth, scope, or troubleshooting details.
Supported alternatives today
If Google Calendar is not enabled for a workspace, teams can still run EvalSuite rooms, use manual meeting notes, or use other supported calendar paths where available.
Workflow example
A manager schedules a recurring 1:1 from a connected calendar path, starts the meeting from EvalSuite, then sees the saved record and open follow-up before the next conversation.
Example output
The visible output should be concrete enough to inspect.
- Scheduled 1:1 context tied to the manager workspace
- Meeting record after the conversation
- Action items carried forward
- Calendar setup guidance linked from the integration page

Use this manually, or keep the loop in EvalSuite
EvalSuite adds the durable layer: capture, follow-through, history, and review-ready context.
